Pilot Introduces Its Next Version of the Trans.Urban Motorcycle Jacket

Pilot Motosport has brought out an updated version of its popular Trans.Urban motorcycle jacket for 2017. The Trans.Urban V2 jacket continues the Trans.Urban trend of meeting quality standards at an affordable price with improvements to live up to the Trans.Urban name.

The original Trans.Urban set a new standard for what an affordable touring style jacket could be. The V2 is no different. After thousands of test miles and user input, the V2 has an all-new design with CE-approved Core Force Active armor technology made of polyurethane foam that is soft and flexible, but hardens and absorbs upon sudden impact.

The jacket also features and new, low sheen Pilotex 600D NPF material, a lowered neck height, and zipper pulls added to the main zipper, upper chest pockets, and air intake vents to increase comfort. You will also notice that all-new Pilot Triad logos are used on the upper arms, inner woven label, and snap heads to show other riders that you are sporting the latest Pilot addition.

Another couple changes made to the V2 include a larger cell phone pocket to accept more phone sizes. The lightweight material on the windflap is also replaced with stronger 600D and the TPU pulls on the waist straps are replaced with elastic.
