Harley-Davidson’s performance cruiser, the Low Rider S, is making a comeback. Shortly after the Dyna Low Rider S debuted in 2016, its life was cut short when Harley-Davidson halted production on the entire Dyna line in 2017. Now, the Low Rider S rises out of the Dyna’s ashes with improved power, new chassis, and new bars. The 2020 Harley-Davidson Low Rider S starts at $17,999.

The 2020 Low Rider S re-enters the market with a lighter and stiffer frame, as well as up-spec suspension components. Harley equipped the Low Rider S with the smoother, more powerful Milwaukee-Eight 114 engine, replacing the Twin Cam 110 engine of its Dyna ancestor. The 1-inch-diameter motocross-style handlebar is mounted on 4-inch risers for a more aggressive rider triangle as well. The Low Rider S is available in Vivid Black and Barracuda Silver paint schemes.
