Video: Gino Rea Has Violent Crash in WSS Free Practice One at Magny Cours

World Supersport racer Gino Rea had the much-unwanted fortune of making this week's highlight reel when he was pitched over the bars of his CBR600RR during Free Practice 1 at Magny Cours. No word on whether Rea's brakes either locked up or he simply grabbed the brakes too hard.

Regardless of how it all happened, the result could have been worse, with Rea going on to say that, "I just have a slightly fractured finger on my right hand, two very sore shoulders and feel like I've been punched in the face by Mike Tyson!"

Rea would go on to qualify on the second row, not bad for a guy who will otherwise be spending his weekend collecting crash video page views on YouTube.
