Photo Gallery: 2015 Yamaha YZF-R3

Two weeks have passed since Yamaha unveiled its brand-new YZF-R3 at AIMExpo in Orlando, Florida, and yet the Sport Rider staff is still oozing with excitement. Not only does the R3 stand as another much-needed addition to the entry-level sportbike category, but it actually looks, well, sporty.

Will Yamaha's R3—and KTM's RC 390—upset the applecart within the small-bike category this year? Until we can throw a leg over the R3, all we can do is stare at these pics of the bike on the track and street, and assume that 2015 will be a great year for the entry-level category. After all, the R3 does look pretty racy in these photos.
