This year's calendar once again celebrates the photography of Cycle World's first European racing contributor, B.R. "Nick" Nicholls. The Englishman shot thousands of amazing images of all types of motorcycle racing for more than 30 years, getting his start in the mid-Fifties as a relief from the "boredom" of his day job as a bank clerk.

Nicholls followed the Grand Prix circuit and attended countless national races all across the United Kingdom, capturing the men and machinery that made racing great.
