Video: Kawasaki Ninja H2R Onboard Footage from Isle of Man

Not a fan of commentary or background music in your onboard videos? Here’s a clip for you.

Last week we posted a video where James Hillier walked you through a lap of the Isle of Man TT course on a Kawasaki Ninja H2R. As part of the video, Hillier sat in front of the camera and tried putting into words what it’s like to lap the 37.75-mile road course on a 300-horsepower missile guised in Kawasaki emblems. That’s easier said than done, probably.

Besides, at the end of the day what you really, really want to see (based on your comments, at least) is onboard footage from the lap, sans commentary, music, or other abstractions that take away from the lap.

For you, we present Video B, an onboard clip of Hillier's run from Quarry Bends to the Sulby straight (where he managed a top speed of 206 mph), then on past Ginger Hall and up through Kerrowmoar. No narration. No music. Just the view of trees, houses, and walls flying past at a seriously alarming rate and the sound of a bike that honestly just makes us laugh out of sheer disbelief (listen closely at the 40 second mark and see if you don't do the same).

Enjoy.
