In occasion of the Mugello Gran Prix, Andrea Iannone presented his latest AGV helmet graphic, expressly designed for the Italian competition weekend. And during the qualifying rounds, Valentino Rossi showcased the new special graphic of his AGV Pista GP helmet.

According to tradition since the very beginning of his career, the Ducati Team racer, Andrea Ionnone, decided to dedicate the helmet to his home country and to the many fans that crowd into the circuit, therefore choosing the tricolor base for his new AGV Pista GP. To the traditional design featuring a gun sight for his rivals, Iannone added the green, white and red colors to honor his home race and his public.

Andrea’s Pista GP, conceived with the collaboration of the designer Aldo Drudi, shows on both sides molecules of adrenaline, the hormone that runs in the rider’s blood at each turn and pass. The AGV logo is replicated also on the upper part of the visor together with the Ducati one. The chin guard, instead, features Andrea’s distinctive trait: number 29 on a white bottom together with the logo of the company from Borgo Panigale.

Like Iannone, Valentino Rossi also showcased the symbolic graphics of his helmet.

For example with this occasion, the theme is the Italian weekend of the Mugello or, to better say, the “Mugiallo”! Through a play on words about the circuit’s name and the bright color of the helmet (“giallo”, in Italian yellow), the Doctor from Tavullia also dedicates the latest graphic of his AGV Pista GP to the many fans that crowd into the circuit.

On the upper side, the helmet features the blueprint of the circuit crossed with the AGV logo, a distinctive element that, for more than 20 years now, supports Valentino throughout his incredible career. The “Mugiallo” word mark encloses the head of the rider along the entire helmet circumference, intersecting the number 46 on top of the rear spoiler. On the nape, the helmet shows his adored dogs Cesare and Cecilia and his beloved red cat Rossano, whereas, on the chin guard, the Doctor celebrates his home country and his fans with the Italian tricolor flag.
