Berets, Beards, and Badass Bikes

Austin’s Revival Cycles visits the South of France.

Revival Cycle's Alan Stulberg first visited the Wheels & Waves festival in Biarritz in 2013, and determined it a good place to showcase their bikes. And as a "busman's holiday" for the Revival crew, riding in the Pyrenees takes some beating, plus they took in a tour of the new Brough Superior facility in Toulouse, dipped their toes in the Mediterranean, and circulated the storied Montlhéry speedbowl in the Café Racer Festival last June. The high water mark of their trip was pretty much kicking butt in the Punks Peak drag race on Jaizkibiel Mountain in Spain, losing only in the end to the very well-developed "SprintBeemer" of Lucky Cat Garage. To say Revival made an impression is an understatement; France now fears the beard.

Somebody had sense to film the boys from Austin having fun across the sea, and here’s the result…or at least an extended intro. Dig it!
