Don't miss the television or online coverage of the 12th and final round of the Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship, the Bud Light Ironman National. Get the rundown below on how to watch practice, the exclusive online pre-show, all four motos, plus the Legends Race on Saturday, August 22nd.

In a change from past races this season, the 450 Class will race first, followed by the 250 Class. At the end of the final 250 Class moto, the day will conclude with a champion - either Yamalube/Star Racing Yamaha's Jeremy Martin or Red Bull KTM's Marvin Musquin - being crowned.

Practice:

The second practice session for the 450 and 250 Classes will stream live, starting at approximately 10:30 a.m. ET.

Pre-Race Show:

Online: 11:30 a.m. ET, ProMotocross.com and NBC Sports Live Extra

Jimmy Albertson will once again host the final pre-race show of the season. This week's pre-race show will start 30 minutes earlier than usual and will lead up to the inaugural Legends Race.

Online: 12:30 p.m. ET, ProMotocross.com and NBC Sports Live Extra (LIVE)

The inaugural Legends Race - which will feature the likes of Ricky Carmichael, Jeff Emig and Kevin Windham - will be held at Ironman Raceway just before the start of first motos. The one-of-a-kind event will stream live at approximately 12:30 p.m. ET.

The Legends Race will only be available online and viewable on ProMotocross.com and the NBC Sports Live Extra mobile app (iOS / Android).

Moto 1:

Online: 1:00 p.m. ET, ProMotocross.com and NBC Sports Live Extra (LIVE)

TV: 1:00 p.m. ET, MAVTV (LIVE)

As they have all year, MAVTV will air first motos from Ironman live. Note that in a change from past races this season, the 450 Class will run first, followed by the 250 Class. Use the MAVTV channel finder to see if you currently get MAVTV. You can also use the link to request that your cable provider carry MAVTV if they currently do not.

Moto 2:

Online: 3:00 p.m. ET, ProMotocross.com and NBC Sports Live Extra (LIVE)

TV: 11:30 p.m. ET, NBCSN

Second motos will be televised Saturday night on NBCSN at 11:30 p.m. ET. Use the NBCSN channel finder to see if you currently get NBCSN in your area.

The live stream of second motos can also be viewed online at 3:00 p.m. ET via ProMotocross.com.
