Ride For Kids: Las Vegas Event Exceeds $65,663 For PBTF


Ride for Kids Press Release:

Motorcyclists at the 10th Las Vegas Ride for Kids raised $65,663 for the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation on Sept. 28.

More than 300 riders attended the event at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway to honor local children with brain tumors. The Las Vegas Stars were Alex, Bradley, Cheyenne, Hannah, Kendall and Nico.

Dr. Alexandra Walsh of Children’s Specialty Center of Nevada spoke to the crowd of participants. “Thank you for your donations,” she said. “They are the key in advancing care for these kids.”

Star Nico said, “Thank you to each and every person. Without you none of this would be possible.”

Retired broadcaster and motorcyclist Gary Waddell emceed the event along with Steph Mackenzie from 97.1 The Point.

Making life better for Ride for Kids Stars is the reason motorcyclists across the country ride for the PBTF, which funds medical research and family support programs to help eliminate the challenges of childhood brain tumors.
