The John Penton Story

Here’s your chance to be a Movie Producer.

John-Penton-Story

There's more to the man who invented the Penton motorcycle and the Hi-Point boot than a bunch of enduro championships, a lot more. From humble beginnings in Amherst, Ohio, to global racing and manufacturing successes (as well as setting the New York-to-L.A. motorcycle record), and back again to the same Ohio farm, John Penton is a real-life action hero. And filmmaker and moto-historian Todd Huffman, whose credits include The Motocross Files and many others, is just the man to tell the story. Also, who better to provide narration than motorcyclist/singer Lyle Lovett, who once swept floors in a Penton dealership and says he feels honored to participate.

But making movies isn’t cheap, and Huffman is using Kickstarter.com to raise $275,000 to make the John Penton Story happen. To learn more about the project, how Kickstarter works and how you can receive an Associate Producer credit, go here:
