The Moto Guzzi V7 III Carbon Shine Lives Up To Its Name

Chrome and polished surfaces abound on this limited-edition V7 III Carbon model

Moto Guzzi keeps watering the V7 III tree, and with good reason since the numbers keep expanding, bringing home to Mandello del Lario the due bread and butter. The latest variation on the Moto Guzzi V7 III theme is the very neat-looking Carbon Shine. From the V7 III Carbon Cycle World rode this past April, this Carbon Shine differs in a substantial number of details, apart from the side covers and fenders in carbon fiber.

The Moto Guzzi V7 III Carbon Shine gets a chrome tank and polished cooling fins.Moto Guzzi

The bike looks elegant in its traditional V7 Sport style. It is user friendly, easy, reliable, and priced right to attract either a new generation of young motorcyclists or reborn motorcyclists of the previous generation who for some reason had to part from their mounts.

The fenders and side cover remain in carbon while the throttle body covers are black anodized, the exhaust is chromed, and the valve covers are painted black.Moto Guzzi

Here the tank is chromed, like in the V7 Racer version, and the valve covers return to their original black color and the cooling fins of the heads are machined to expose their polished edge, while the cowls that protect the throttle bodies are black-anodized aluminum. The tank remains solidly bolted to the frame, but this neat-looking genuine leather belt fits very smartly in the picture. The exhaust system is chromed, and an extra touch of vintage finishing is seen in the black leather belt that runs north-south atop the centerline of the tank.

This new version is listed as a limited-edition model and has a MSRP of $9,990.
