The 2018 Harley-Davidson Softail Low Rider has a starting price of $14,999 and comes in four color options. The Milwaukee-Eight 107 is the powerplant driving this traditionally styled cruiser. We put our Low Rider on the dyno and ran fourth-gear pulls to get the peak power output. We got 76.48 hp at 4,930 rpm and 105.75 pound-feet of torque at 2,500 rpm.
