Today's modern Tiger enters its sophomore year with no changes. It was, however, dramatically recast last year: Dual-purpose aspirations? Gone. Spindly, gaiter-covered fork legs? History. Semi-knobbed tires? Nope. This Britbike is FSA—full street ahead—as indicated by its stout inverted fork, radial-mount front brakes and gummy 17-inch tires. Triumph's accessories division is now well stocked with gear for the new Tiger. Also available: The Tiger 1050 ABS with anti-lock brakes; and the SE, with ABS, special paint, color-matched handguards and saddlebags standard.
