Here's a bagger that's street-smart and highway-ready with dropped suspension and a low seat height. Riders more interested in competence and comfort than in glitter and glitz will love the FLHX. It offers full touring capability, what with its traditional batwing fairing topped by a smoke-tint mini wind-deflector. A 40-watt Harman/Kardon audio system, nylon saddlebags, air-adjustable rear suspension and, of course, the injected Twin Cam 96 engine are all standard. An 18-inch front wheel with low-profile tire adds to street credibility, as does the lack of trim and chrome pieces.
