2010 Ducati Hypermotard 796
A supermotard-style streetbike powered by a torquey, low-maintenance V-Twin.
- CategoryStreet / Standard / Naked, Commuter
- Displacement803cc
- Dry Weight368 lb.
- List Price$9995
Similar in appearance and size to its bigger-bore brothers, the Hypermotard 1100 EVO and 1100 EVO SP, the Hypermotard 796 is powered by a smaller, lighter, 803cc version of Ducati's popular air-cooled 90-degree V-Twin. A wide handlebar and a flat seat provide a nearly upright, dirtbike-like riding position that is ideal for commuting and around-town riding or even chasing apexes on your favorite twisty road. Maybe the best part of the Hypermotard 796, though, is its sub-$10K suggested retail price. What a bargain!
