Here's a sportbike that combines the compact size and agile handling of a 600 with the top-end performance of a literbike. No wonder the GSX-R750 won CW's Best Superbike award in 2006. It has received significant upgrades since then, including the same S-DMS engine-management system used on the GSX-R1000, allowing the rider to choose from three power settings via a handlebar switch. The Dual Throttle Valve fuel-injection system uses two 8-hole, fine-spray injectors per cylinder for better fuel atomization. An electronically controlled steering damper, lighter-than-ever wheels and fresh, up-to-date styling keep the Gixxer at the forefront.
