Yet another throwback to Ducatis of yore, the fully modern GT 1000 combines Desmo Dual Spark V-Twin performance with understated traditional styling and two-up comfort. While this is the least-expensive SportClassic, it is also arguably the most versatile of the lot, due in large part to its light, easy handling and relatively upright ergonomics. Also available: Adding $500 to the price of the standard GT 1000 gets you the GT 1000 Touring, with its protective windscreen, raised handlebar, chromed passenger grab-rail and chromed front and rear fenders.
