The DB5R is a serious sportbike that's as much at home on the track as it is on the street. Powered by Ducati's air-cooled Dual-Spark 1100 V-Twin engine, the DB5R includes all sorts of goodies such as a 43mm Öhlins inverted fork with low-friction titanium-nitride coating and an Öhlins shock with remote hydraulic preload adjustment. Brakes are radial-mount Brembos pinching giant rotors, while forged alloy OZ wheels help it turn like a GP racer. The frame is chrome-moly steel tubes bolted to gorgeous machined-aluminum sideplates. Also available: The DB5S with Marzocchi/Extreme Tech suspension.
