Have you heard about the new MotoAmerica roadracing series? Or how about the track-developed 2015 Yamaha YZF-R1? As a Cycle World fan, you undoubtedly know about both. But in this video, three-time 500cc World Champion Wayne Rainey—who along with Terry Karges, Chuck Aksland, and Richard Varner started MotoAmerica—talks about both in a clear and conversational way. In short, this video is a good primer on the new racing series (which hopes to groom domestic talent for the MotoGP stage) and the potent Yamaha R1, which made its debut at the recent EICMA show in Milan.
