Owner photos will range from pictures of gas receipts and pumps registering under $10 for a fill-up through sporting the cool new summer outfit they just bought with their savings, and everything in between.  Every time someone tags a photo on Instagram with the hash tag #VespaFreeGas, the photo will appear on the live Instagram feed on the Vespa Americas Facebook.
