2007 Tokyo Motor Show

Wild styling. Superchargers. Alternative suspension. Fuel cells. Science fiction? Nope, it’s motorcycle show season, and nowhere do the wild concepts see the light of day like in Tokyo. Since 1954, the Tokyo Motor Show has been the premier car and motorcycle show in Japan, and has traditionally been the place to not just show the latest and hottest new models from the island nation’s manufacturers, but also to showcase concepts and new ideas.

Honda, Suzuki and Yamaha all have some interesting things to show off. There’s the automatic-transmission-equipped Honda EVO 6, the cool, classically styled Yamaha XS-V1 and Suzuki hopes to court WWI flying aces with its gorgeous, full-bodied Biplane. We have a man on the ground at the show, and he’s busy snapping photos and putting together video for us.
